Pick-up request confirmations - You will be emailed a confirmation on the day before your kit is due to be picked up. This may even be overnight - You will receive a window in which to expect pick-up as well as a UPS collection reference. This will be either 09:00 - 13:00, 11:00 - 16:00 or 13:00 - 17:00. The couriers MAY be late collecting.

As mentioned in the form that you just completed, UPS may also fail to deliver overnight over December and the New Year period so if this is not acceptable please cancel your UPS collection and arrange to get the sample to the laboratory in Nottingham yourself or by using a same day courier option such as collect sameday on 0333 344 3028

• Ensure the label you have been issued with is on the OUTSIDE of the UPS envelope.
• Ensure that you have the kit ready for collection by the start of your given window, preferably before.
• Take note of your SBS number before you seal the package as you will need this to register your kit online. If you forget, open the envelope, note the number, then reseal using strong tape.
• If you are collecting several samples from the same address at the same time, you do not need to complete the form multiple times - instead, just place the individual kits in separate boxes and then place all of them in the one single UPS envelope.
• If you only paid for the standard £159 MON-THU pickup service, your UPS Label should say STANDARD. You will only be able to request pick-up on those days. An attempt to arrange pick-up for FRI would be successful, but it would only be delivered on the Monday after the weekend. Should events change and you now require a FRI pick-up for a Saturday Delivery to the Lab you will need to pay the extra by purchasing a courier upgrade on-line and once that is successful, please complete the form again requesting a Friday Pickup, not forgetting to say on the form you need to cancel the old one. ALSO you need to request an upgraded label to be emailed to you which should be printed then used instead of the original label sent.
