All of the medical secretaries at Blue Horizon have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in some way. We have organised ourselves so that we can maintain a full service, concentrating on dispatching kit requests in a timely fashion and communicating laboratory results to patients. Unfortunately, every communication we answer takes us away from the precious time we need to arrange the kit dispatch or communicate results to patients.
90% of current communication relates to postal delays.
For now, we have had to withdraw our phone and chat services - we thought long and hard about this, but it is the only way that we can maintain dispatch and results services. We'll miss you, but please only contact us using the links below.

I am certain that The Laboratory has received my sample as I tracked return postage but it has been more than 1 working day with no results yet.
