If you are not successful in obtaining a viable finger prick sample (1 in 10 are unsuccessful) we believe that in situations where our instructions have been followed correctly and success has not been met, a second attempt will most likely meet with the same fate.
If you can't face trying again and would like a full refund, we can arrange this. But the choice is yours – so if you want to take this risk and try again, we can send you another finger-prick kit free of charge.
However, if you fail again and request a refund, we will deduct an administration charge of £5. In normal times we would arrange a nurse to visit you in your home or a visit to a nearby clinic but we cannot offer these services during the pandemic.
