The CA 125 level can provide prognostic information in the follow-up management of patients with ovarian carcinoma. The assay should be used as an adjunctive test in the management of ovarian cancer patients.
CA 125 is usually tested to aid a diagnosis and/or management of ovarian cancer. CA 125 is widely used as a tumour marker for opithelial ovarian cancer. It is also used in differential diagnosis of pelvic masses and ovarian cysts. This test is available as a finger prick or vacutainer sample collection option. You can also choose to visit a BMI Hospital or have a Nurse Home Visit. Select option at checkout.
