This blood test for Testosterone is available for fingerprick (microtainer) or Phlebotomy (Venous Vacutainer) collection.

For a more accurate Testosterone assessment, Free Testosterone will often be included, as it is possible to have a normal Total Testosterone level, without it being free in the bloodstream and available to the body. The result that this test provides is a calculated level and hence also includes SHBG and Albumin.
